Refund/Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for Apparels and Footwear for sizing issue within 7 days of receiving your order if you choose to do so. You can return your product for a different product but please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds in any case . Categories like Toys, Baby Wrappers & Blankets, Newborn Accessories, Cradles, Walkers, Highchairs, Strollers, Cabinets cannot be exchanged. If the product you received is defective or damaged upon delivery kindly contact us at support@minikin.in and we shall address the issue with a suitable solution. 

Eligibility criteria for exchange

1. Customer received a defective or wrong product.

2. Customer must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Items must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging and original tags intact to be eligible for exchange.

How to Exchange?

Customers can initiate exchanges by writing an email to support@minikin.in. Please note to mention the reason for the exchange along with images of the product if required.

Once we receive the above-mentioned details, our executive will get back to you within 2 working days with a solution that will work for you.

Partial COD Policy

Purpose
Our e-commerce store offers a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option to provide flexibility to our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for partial payments made through COD.

  1. Non-Refundable Partial Payments: Partial payments processed for COD orders are non-refundable. This means that if a customer cancels their order or returns the product, the partial payment made will not be refunded.
  2. Payment Confirmation: By opting for Partial COD, the customer confirms that they have made an informed decision and agree to the non-refundable terms.
  3. Order Cancellation: If a customer cancels their order after making a partial payment, the payment will not be refunded.
  4. Return Policy: If a customer returns the product, the partial payment will not be refunded. Our standard return policy will apply, and any refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
  5. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, our customer service team may consider refunding the partial payment. However, this is solely at the discretion of our team and will require a valid reason.
